One serving (2-biscuits) provides 2.0g of beta glucan soluble fibre from wholegrain oats, which is over half of the suggested daily intake (3g). Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease has many risk factors and altering one of these may or may not have a beneficial effect. Oat grain fibre contributes to an increase in faecal bulk. Preparation and Usage
Try me hot Add 150ml hot milk to 2 biscuits. Add 175ml milk to 2 biscuits and microwave on full power 650W for 80sec (60sec 850 W) And Enjoy! Careful, it's Hot. Once prepared do not store or reheat.
