Preparation and Usage

Just Add: - 1 tbs oil - 450g lean beef, diced - 1 large onion, diced - 300ml cold water - 2 green peppers, cut into chunks 3 Easy Steps... 1 Pre-heat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. 2 Heat oil, brown beef and onion for 5 mins, until golden. Drain excess liquid and transfer to a casserole dish. Add peppers. 3 Mix seasoning with water and stir in. Cover and cook in the oven for 2 hours, until meat is tender and mouth-watering Try Something Different: Delicious with stacked potatoes, steamed green beans and baby carrots. Try replacing half the beef with 75g green lentils, a handful of sliced mushrooms and 200ml extra water after browning the onion.
