Preparation and Usage

Just Add: - 1 tbs oil - 1 onion, chopped - 450g mushrooms, quartered - 225ml semi-skimmed milk Easy as 1, 2, 3... 1 Heat oil and soften onion for 5 mins, until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 mins. 2 Mix seasoning with milk and stir into the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring. 3 Simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until rich and smooth. Try Something Different... Delicious with white or chestnut mushrooms. Try replacing half of the mushrooms with asparagus and stirring into cooked tagliatelle. Garnish with parmesan cheese and Schwartz Black Pepper.
