Preparation and Usage

Just Add: - 1 tbs oil - 450g lean pork, sliced - 1 onion, chopped - 225g mushrooms, sliced - 275ml semi-skimmed milk - 2 tbs Single Cream Serves 4 3 Easy Steps... 1 Heat oil, fry pork and onion for 5 mins, until golden brown. Stir in mushrooms and fry for a couple of mins. 2 Mix seasoning with milk and stir into the pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for a couple of mins, until thickened. 3 Swirl in the cream. Try Something Different: Try adding a dash of brandy with the mushrooms and replacing half of the milk with soured cream for a richer sauce. Delicious with rice and sugar snap peas.
