Preparation and Usage
For Our Recipe you will need... 1 sachet Schwartz Paprika Chicken Recipe Mix & Bag 75g (3oz) chorizo, thickly slcied 900g (2lbs) chicken thighs, skinless 175g (6oz) red onion, cut into wedges 125g (5oz) red pepper, cut into chunks 125g (5oz) yellow pepper, cut into chunks Directions... 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. 2. Tear top of sachet and remove bag. Peel off sticker and unwrap, rest the bag on a work surface and carefully place fresh ingredients into bag. Do not increase the amount of fresh ingredients above recipe recommendation. Sprinkle over Recipe Mix, close and tie bag approximately 2cm from top using enclosed tie. Shake bag gently to coat evenly, holding the bag firmly at the base at all times. 3. Place bag on a baking sheet, ensuring that chicken is spread out in a single layer. Pierce top surface of bag 3-4 times with a knife. Cook in oven for 40-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. 4. Carefully remove tie from bag and empty contents into a large serving bowl. Take care when opening contents as steam will be hot. Hints & Tips... Also great with chicken breasts. Try substituting with 675g (1 1/2lbs) trimmed pork loin steaks for a delicious alternative to chicken.
