Preparation and Usage

You will need: 450g (1lb) boneless lamb, diced 1 onion, chopped 225g (8oz) carrots, diced 400g can Batchelors chick peas, drained 225g (8oz) spring cabbage, finely shredded How to prepare: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas mark 4. Brown the lamb and onion in a little oil on the hob. Add the carrots and chick peas and transfer to a casserole dish. 2. Blend the Erin Meal Time Lamb Casserole Mix with 425ml (3/4 pint) of cold water. Pour over the lamb and stir. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour, stir in the cabbage and cook for a further 30 minutes until the meat is tender. Serving Suggestion Just add meat and vegetables to make a delicious dinner.
