Preparation and Usage
Recipe suggestion: Hoi Sin Duck with Spring Onions Serves 2 Shopping list - just add: 100g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 duck breasts - skinned and sliced, 1 bunch of spring onions - finely sliced. Method: 1. Cook the noodles as instructed on pack. 2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. 3. Add the duck breast and stir fry for 2 minutes. 4. Toss in the sliced spring onions and fry for another minute. 5. Add the pre-cooked noodles and pour over this sachet of sauce. Heat through for 1 minute. Serve immediately. For best results make sure your wok or frying pan is very hot!
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
