Preparation and Usage

Recipe suggestion: Beef in Oyster Sauce Serves 2 Shopping list - just add: 2 tbsps vegetable oil, 200g beef steak - finely sliced, 100g mange tout or snowpeas, 1 medium red onion - cut into wedges, 1 egg, 200g long grain rice, 1 tbsp Blue Dragon Dark Soy Sauce. Method: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. 2. Add the beef and stir fry for 2 minutes. 3. Toss in the mange tout and onion and stir fry for a further minute. 4. Pour over this sachet of sauce and heat through. 5. In another wok or frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the egg, scramble lightly. Add the cooked rice and dark soy sauce and heat through. Serve with the beef stir fry. For best results make sure your wok or frying pan is very hot!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
