Preparation and Usage
Preparation For proper Italian pasta (and why would you want anything else?), add pasta to a large pan of slightly salted boiling water and cook for 11 minutes until al dente. If you like your pasta a little softer, cook for 13 minutes. Drain, smother in sauce and enjoy.

Looking for a simple and tasty meal? Try Napolina’s favourite pasta salad with salty capers. DE-LICIOUS! Ingredients: 3 bell peppers, 300g Napolina Farfalle, 3 tbsps basil pesto, 1 tbsp Napolina olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt & pepper, 120g cherry tomatoes, halved, 120g pitted black olives, chopped, 2 tbsps capers and small bunch of flat leaf parsley. Serves: 4 Cook Time: 30 mins Method: Preheat the grill. Place the peppers on a non-stick baking pan then turning as necessary, grill the peppers on all sides until quite charred. This will take about 15 - 20 minutes. Transfer to a plate, cover with clingfilm and leave until cool enough to handle. Peel the skins from the peppers and remove the stalks and seeds, reserving any juices. Slice into chunky strips and set aside. Cook the Farfalle in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water and transfer to a salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk the pesto dressing with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
