Preparation and Usage

Why not try making some Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes? Place 12 Chocolate Dreams onto a tray. Mix 200g cream cheese, 150g Mascarpone, 100g icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until combined. Pipe onto the Chocolate Dreams. Sprinkle over 50g grated dark chocolate.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Exposure to heat or sunlight can cause separation of the cocoa butter. This may result in a white discoloration developing on the chocolate.
