Preparation and Usage

How to cook: 1. Shake the bottle to loosen the mix inside and remove the cap. 2. Add 260ml warm water (to the fill line), close the cap tightly and shake vigorously for 2 minutes. 3. Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan until just hot. 4. Gently swirl the oil around the pan until the base is covered. 5. Pour 60-70ml (approx. 4 1/2 tablespoons) of batter into the centre of the pan and roll around gently to create a thin layer. 6. Cook until golden brown underneath and then turn over and cook the other side. 7. Repeat using 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of oil per pancake, until all the batter has been used. 8. Delicious served with a sprinkle of sugar and lemon, golden syrup or fruit and ice-cream.
