Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 4 hours in the refrigerator. Follow the cooking guidelines. Once defrosted do not refreeze. Stuffed Chicken beast wrapped in streaky bacon Serves 4 Cooking times - Oven: 24-26 mins 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6 - Shallow fry: 4-6 mins Ingredients - 4 Medium chicken breast - 1 Pack of The Stuffing Company Savoury Breadcrumb Stuffing - Salt & Pepper - 8 Rashers of streaky bacon - Vegetable oil Method Cut the chicken breasts in half along the length without going all the way through. Lay 2 rashers of bacon next to each other on a chopping board. Season the chicken with salt and pepper place on top of the bacon and then take a handful of the stuffing mix and place in the centre of the chicken. Roll the chicken up inside the bacon with no stuffing showing. Heat a pan on a medium heat, add a splash of oil and brown the wrapped chicken for 4-6 mins. Add to preheated oven at 200°C for 20 mins until chicken is piping hot throughout. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before consuming.
