Why Not Try? Sage & onion stuffed chicken breast Serves 4 Ingredients: 1/2 Pack of the stuffing company wild sage & onion Stuffing 4 Chicken breasts 4 Slices of Parma ham Cooking time: Oven: 30 mins. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6 Method: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast by cutting along the length without going all the way through. Stuff each pocket with the stuffing company wild sage & onion stuffing, pressing in firmly. Wrap each breast in Parma ham and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for approx. 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven until chicken is piping hot throughout. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
