Keep refrigerated between 0℃ and 4℃. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase, but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 4 hours in the refrigerator. Follow the cooking guidelines. Once defrosted do not refreeze. Note: this product may have been previously frozen and returned to chilled temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect quality.

Chicken mini fillets in parmesan & parsley breadcrumb Serves 4 Cooking times - Oven: 16-20 mins 200℃/180℃ Fan/Gas mark 6 - Shallow fry: 4-6 mins Ingredients - 600g Chicken mini fillets - 1 Pack of the stuffing company fresh breadcrumbs - Small handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped - 50g Finely grated parmesan - 100g Plain flour (seasoned with salt and pepper) - 3 Beaten eggs - Vegetable oil Method Mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, Method salt & pepper. Toss the chicken in the seasoned flour, dust off any excess flour and add to the egg mix. Coat the chicken in the egg mix, shake off any excess and add to the breadcrumb mix. Toss in the breadcrumbs ensuring an even coating. To cook add 1cm of vegetable oil to a deep frying pan on medium heat. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden on both sides. Or spray lightly with oil & place on a preheated baking sheet on the middle shelf of oven, turn once during cooking Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before consuming Serve with salad and your favourite dip.
