Preparation and Usage

Preparation: (Guidelines only) Add, 1 heaped tablespoon (50g) to 250ml cold water, to make 1 serving dissolve thoroughly, bring to the boil and simmer. Separation of oil to top of product is normal; stir before use. Just add to meat, fish, vegetables, chips or rice.

Storage

Prior to opening, product can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Once opened, keep refrigerator at <5°C and use within 4 weeks. Not suitable for freezing. Best before: See label on lid.
