Preparation and Usage

Defrost thoroughly for 24 hours in a refrigerator, once de-frosted use on same day, do not re-freeze. Follow cooking guidelines stated. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Serving Suggestion Great as sandwich or baked potato topping. Also ideal for filling brioche buns, with some red cabbageslaw and sliced avocado. Or try a pulled pork tortilla wrap with some homemade salsa and crispy salad.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0-4ºC. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Keep frozen at -18ºC or cooler. For Use By, See Side of Pack.
