William Carr Traditional Smoked Salmon

£5.19 £5.19 / 100g

Handcrafted mild aromatic smoked salmon with a delicate sweet flavour and a rich silky texture.

The exceptional flavour of this smoked salmon is the result of a dedication to the traditional art and craft of curing and smoking salmon, a process perfected by the Carr family over four generations.

After expert filleting, the salmon is dry cured by hand using a perfect combination of natural sea salt and Demerara sugar.

The fillets are then gently smoked over a unique blend of beech, oak and ash wood, to create a light aromatic smoke and a smoked salmon with a delicate sweet taste and a rich silky texture.
