Preparation and Usage

Serving Suggestion Serve chilled and pile into halved ripe avocados sitting on a bed of crisp lettuce or spooned on a bed of chopped lettuce and diced avocado. Or simply just add lettuce and lemon to make a complete starter or seafood salad.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C. After opening consume within 2 to 3 days. Not suitable for home freezing.
