Preparation and Usage

Serving suggestion Ideal to serve as a starter with rocket leaves and crusty brown bread and a dollop of crème fraîche. For best results, remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving.

Keep in fridge 2 to 5°C Home freezing For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Keep in the fridge and eat within 2 days of opening. Don't exceed the use by date.
