Preparation and Usage

Why not try... Delicious individual tiramisu desserts? Place 6 wineglasses in the refrigerator to chill. Whip 1 cup (250ml) of double cream to soft peaks. Add 1/2 cup (125ml) of sugar and whip 15 seconds longer, whisk 8oz (225g) of Mascarpone cheese and 1/4 cup (60ml) Marsala sherry together until smooth and creamy. Fold a third of the whipped cream into the Mascarpone. Fold in the remaining whipped cream. Stir 1 1/2 cups (250 to 375ml) strong coffee or espresso and 1/4 cup (60ml) brandy or Frangelico liqueur together in a bowl. Dip 18 Morrisons sponge fingers into the coffee-brandy mixture twice. Place a sponge finger into each wineglass. Spoon a third of the Mascarpone-cream mixture over the sponge fingers and sprinkle with 2oz (60g) good quality bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped or shaved. Top with another layer of sponge fingers and repeat layering two more times, ending with a layer of cream. Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder. Cover each glass with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Storage
