Grom was founded in 2003 by two friends who had the dream of making the greatest gelato by sourcing the best ingredients. “Il gelato come una volta”: a gelato made as it used to be. At Grom, we aspire to recreate the authenticity of Italian gelato and sorbetto. All of our products are crafted in Italy with ingredients of natural origin and without colourings, flavourings, or artificial emulsifiers. Containing 50% raspberries and 0% fat, Grom Sorbetto al Lampone stands out with its unique texture and taste. It features our red raspberry cultivars—Heritage, Tulameen, and Rossana—grown respecting the environment and its sustainability on our farm in Piedmont. We’ve kept the raspberry seeds to give our sorbet a little texture and bite, making it authentically tangy yet sweet, and have chosen to combine the fruit with extremely light and pure Sparea spring water, born in a unique niche in the Piedmontese Alps. We are a little crazy… but you can certainly taste the difference. As well as being delicious, Grom Sorbetto al Lampone is also dairy and gluten free.
