Our whiskey is matured for at least three years in wooden casks and twice distilled, creating a silky smoothness and premium taste. When this deliciously rich Irish whiskey sauce meets our creamy caramel ice cream and chocolate coated waffle pieces, the result is an indulgent taste like no other!
To create our luxury and creamy ice cream, we use our unique blending technique to combine four simple and classic ingredients: fresh cream, milk, eggs, and sugar. To that we only flavour!
