Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines Cut around the length of the avocado following the line of the stone. Twist the two halves to gently remove the fruit from the stone. Peel off the skin and cut the avocado as desired. Top Tip To stop the flesh from browning, sprinkle with lemon juice. Use in salads and sandwiches or to make guacamole.
