Preparation and Usage
Top Tip Peppers freeze perfectly. Chop a few peppers at a time and freeze some to use when you're cooking meals. Preparation Guidelines Wash the skins thoroughly under cold running water and dry. Slice the top off and remove the seeds and any pith. Leave whole and stuff with the filling of your choice. Alternatively, cut into rounds or strips and add to salads, stir fries, pasta sauces or casseroles.
Storage
Store in the fridge at 2-5°C to keep fresh for many days longer. If it still looks good enough to eat, it is!
