You will need: 1 Medium sized egg 35ml (7 Teaspoons) of oil for frying Water 5 Prep' time 2-3 Cook time Get ready to enjoy! To mix up the batter 1. Mix 500ml (17 fl.oz) of cold water, an egg and the pancake mix together. 2. Beat into a smooth batter To cook to perfection 1. Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of oil in a 20cm (8") frying pan until just smoking hot. 2. Swirl the oil around the pan until the base is covered. 3. Pour 70-80ml of batter into the centre of the pan and roll around gently to cover the base. 4. Turn the pancake carefully with a spatula, or flip if you dare! 5. Cook both sides until golden brown. 6. Repeat using 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of oil per pancake, until all the batter has been used.
