Preparation and Usage
You will need: 1 packet of Dr. Oetker American Style Pancake Mix, 230ml milk or your favourite milk alternative Let's get cooking 1 Pour the milk and the pancake mix into a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. 2 Heat a small amount of butter / oil in a large circular frying pan, over a medium heat. 3 Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the pan per pancake - each pancake should be about 7cm wide and 1cm deep. Make sure the pancakes aren't too close together as they will spread during cooking. 4 Cook the pancakes until bubbles start to appear, using a spatula flip the pancakes over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes on the other side.
