Preparation and Usage

Shopping List: 1 x 60g sachet seasoning 1.8kg Potatoes, peeled and chopped Vegetable oil Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C Fan, 220°C Electric, Gas mark 7. 2. Par boil potatoes for 10-15 mins until just tender. 3. Drain potatoes, tossing gently in a colander to fluff up edges. 4. Put potatoes in a bowl, drizzle over 2 dessert spoons of oil and then sprinkle contents of sachet. Mix to coat evenly. 5. Spread seasoned potatoes onto a well-oiled large flat baking tray, roast for 30 mins, turning regularly until potatoes are golden brown, crispy and tender. Please note that ovens may vary.
