Serves 4 Amigos 15 Mins Just add 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced 1 red onion sliced 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced 1 courgette, sliced Lettuce Classic Fajitas 1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle chicken over high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add onion, peppers, courgette and seasoning mix, and sizzle for a further 5 minutes. 2 Heat the tortillas Microwave - pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on High (800 watts). Open the pack, separate the tortillas. Pan - Heat a pan and toast tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea towel to steam. 3 Load tortillas with lettuce, charred chicken, onion, peppers, courgette and saucy salsa. Simply roll and enjoy! Top Tip Add a twist to your fajitas by adding soured cream with a generous squeeze of lime juice
