Preparation and Usage

Wash before use Advice Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Wash fruit and vegetables before use. Serving Suggestion Serve whole as garlic mushrooms, in a mushroom stroganoff, on kebabs and in sauces or slice and use in casseroles, soups, omelettes and stuffings. Wipe the surface of each mushroom thoroughly with damp kitchen paper. If required, thinly slice a section off the base of the stalk and discard.

Storage

Store in the fridge at 2-5°C to keep fresh for days longer. If it still looks good enough to eat, it is!
