Preparation and Usage

Wipe the surface of each mushroom thoroughly with damp kitchen paper. If required, thinly slice a section off the base of the stalk and discard. Top Tip Surplus mushrooms? Slice them and toss them with melted butter and freeze - great on pizzas, in stews and casseroles. Advice: Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils, and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Wash fruit and vegetables before use.

Storage

At home, best kept in the fridge 2-5°C Keeps for days longer when stored in fridge at 2-5°C. If it still looks good enough to eat, it is!
