Preparation and Usage

Just Add: 900g chicken wings 1 tbs tomato ketchup 1 tbs honey 200ml water 3 Easy Cooking Steps: 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°c, 400°f, gas mark 6. Arrange the chicken wings on a roasting tray and cook for 40-45 mins or until golden and crispy. Alternatively cook in the air fryer, following manufacturer's instructions. 2. Mix the seasoning, ketchup, honey and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for a couple of mins, until sauce has thickened. 3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately. Great with fries and corn on the cob. Las Iguanas Chef Suggests... Trying with chicken drumsticks or thighs, or roasted cauliflower for a veggie option.
