Preparation and Usage

Preparation guidelines To make 600ml (approx. Pint) put 4 1/2 heaped tablespoons of co-op instant dried skimmed milk into a dry measuring pg and stir in 1 pint of cold water. Use in place of fresh milk in sweet and savoury sauces, cakes, batter mixes and many dessert recipes. Once made up, store as you would fresh milk. To serve hot, simply heat gently as you would fresh milk. For tea or cofee - sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons or quantity as desired into a cup of freshly made tea or coffee, stir thoroughly. If using dry, always allow boiling liquids to col slightly before adding co-op instant dried skimmed milk.

Storage

Once opened use within 1 month. Once water has been added as indicated the product should be kept refrigerated and used within 2 days. For best before end date: See lid or base. Store in a cool, dry place.
