Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines Place one rounded dessert spoon of beans per cup in a coffee grinder. Grind the coffee beans according to the manufacturers instructions. Use a medium grind setting for cafetieres and percolators, fine grind for filter and extra fine for espresso. Only grind as much coffee as needed for immediate use. Once the beans have been ground use as follows: As a guide, use one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee per cup. For cafetieres, add off the boil water and allow to brew for 3 to 4 minutes before plunging. For filter machines, filter cones and percolators, follow manufacturers instructions.

Storage

For best before end date: See side of pack. Store in a cool, dry place. To enjoy at its best, once opened, store in an airtight container and keep in fridge within 2 weeks of opening or store in the freezer and use within 4 weeks.
