Preparation and Usage

Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Bring a pan of water to the boil. Step 2: Add noodles to the pan (1 nest per person). Step 3: Simmer for 5 minutes (or 4 minutes if used in a stir fry). Step 4: Drain and serve (or add as a last minute element in a stir fry). Why not try one of our other Blue Dragon Stir Fry Sauces with your noodles? Recipe suggestion: Beef & Oyster Stir Fry Serves 2 1. Cook 2 Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodle Nests according to instructions, drain and drizzle with a little sesame oil (optional). Set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok, add 200g beef steak, thinly sliced, and dry for 2 minutes. 3. Add 50g carrot, cut into strips, and 1 red onion, thinly sliced. Fry for another minute. 4. Pour over 1 Blue Dragon Oyster & Spring Onion sachet, and 1 tablespoon of Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce. Stir the noodles through until all ingredients are combined and heated through. 5. Garnish with sliced Spring Onion and serve immediately.

Storage

Once opened, re-seal with adhesive tab, store in a cool dry place and consume within 28 days.
