Preparation and Usage

Shopping List 2 Chicken breasts or 400g paneer Easy Tikka Masala Curry for 2-3 1 Fry the spices in a little hot oil for 20 seconds. 2 Add the spice paste and sizzle to release the flavours. Cook for 2 mins, add 50ml water and simmer until evaporated. Add the diced chicken or paneer and cook until sealed. 3 Stir in the sauce, and simmer for 15 mins until cooked through. Try 1/2 a diced butternut squash instead of chicken for a veggie option. Personalise by removing the whole chilli for less heat.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
