Cook until crispy and piping hot. Halloumi sticks Coat halloumi in flour, dip into a beaten egg and then cover with Paxo breadcrumbs. Cook until crispy and piping hot. Dill & lemon crusted salmon fillets Add lemon zest and dill to Paxo breadcrumbs. Brush salmon with oil and coat with the breadcrumb mix. Cook until crispy and piping hot.
