Teriyaki Stir Fry Recipe
Serves 2
You'll Need:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g beef steak, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- A handful of mangetout
- 1 pouch Blue Dragon Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- Blue Dragon Noodles or steamed rice
Method:
1. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable oil.
2. Stir fry the beef for 3 minutes until sizzling and lightly browned.
3. Add the red pepper and mangetout and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in the Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and heat through for a further minute.
5. Toss through cooked Blue Dragon Noodles or serve with steamed rice.
Top Tip: Finish with a scattering of sesame seeds for added texture and authentic flavour.
Vegetarian Recipe
