Chocolate chunk cookie mix Bake time approx: 10-12 mins Just remember, Before you start Make sure you've got: - 25g Unsalted butter - 1 Tbsp (15ml) of cold water Turn the oven on at 190°c/fan 170°c/ 375°f/gas mark 5 And let it warm up. 1 Tip the sachet into a bowl, add 25g softened unsalted butter and 1 tbsp (15ml) water and then mix well. Knead until the dough is soft and squishy. Then split into 6 evenly sized balls and lay on a greased baking tray. 2 Press each ball into 5cm (approx.) discs and make sure they're spread apart. Then bake in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes until they're golden! 3 Take out of the oven and cool for 5-10 minutes before putting on a wire rack. Serve and tuck in!
