Preparation and Usage

Meal Idea Beef Burgers (Serves 4) Method: Combine 500g beef mince, 1 egg and 4 tsp BBQ seasoning. Shape into 4 patties. Fry in 1 tbsp vegetable oil over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked thoroughly and no pink meat remains.
