Davin Michel was the key man in the history of our winery. Upon his arrival from France during the second half of the 19th century, he was a pioneer in planting quality vines in the Calchaquí Valley. Don David, premium range of wines, honour's his memory. Aged in contact with new oak for 12 months this wine has a lively red colour with violet notes, red berries and arid climate dried herbs aromas. The taste is full of soft sweet tannins with a touch of fresh fruits. Ideal to combine with beef, cheese and mushrooms.
