Preparation and Usage

8 Grams 1 Rounded scoop electrolyte powder 450 ml Cold water 30 Seconds Shake until dissolved Directions: Add 8 g (~1 rounded scoop) to 450 ml of cold water and mix until powder is dissolved. Recommended consumption of 1 serving per day. After Settling Serving scoop included, but may settle to the bottom during shipping.
