Preparation and Usage

Suggested Use Mix 2 scoops (20g) with 200-300ml of water, fruit juice or add to your favourite hot drink. Simply stir and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably with breakfast or after exercise. Helpful Tip: Mixing collagen peptides with room-temperature water may improve mixability. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
