Our Mexican Fajitas Feeds two in 20 Minutes You'll Need - 1 pot Fajita paste - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 1/2 sliced green pepper - 1/2 sliced red pepper - 1 medium sliced onion - 300g sliced chicken breast/beef/mushrooms - Tortillas, lettuce, salsa, sour cream & cheese Steps 1. Fry onions and peppers in 1 tbsp oil for 5 mins, then set aside. 2. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and melt the frozen paste on a low heat, taking care not to burn it. 3. Add chicken-beef-mushrooms & cook for 4-5 mins on med-High heat, until done. 4. Stir in cooked onions & peppers. 5. Serve with warm tortillas & fillings.
