Our Chicken Jalfrezi Feeds two in 30 Minutes You'll Need - 1 pot Jalfrezi curry paste - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 1 red onion - finely diced - 1 red pepper - squared - 200g cubed chicken breast or fried paneer - 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes Steps 1. Fry onions for 15 mins in a non-stick pan. 2. Add frozen paste & cook for 3-4 mins. 3. Add chicken/paneer & cook for 2-3 mins. Add a small splash of water. 4. Add tomatoes & red pepper & simmer for 10 mins, ensuring chicken (if using) is done. 5. Finish with a knob of butter, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve with rice or naan. P.S. You can use less or more tomato to your taste. Try blitzing a handful of spinach to make a Saag curry.
