Grom was born in 2003 from two friends who had the dream of making the greatest gelato by sourcing the best ingredients. “Il gelato come una volta” – A gelato made as it used to be. At Grom, we aspire to recreate the authenticity of Italian gelato. All of our products are created in Italy with ingredients from natural origin. Our Nocciola gelato is a deliciously creamy and luxury hazelnut gelato created with irresistibly caramelised hazelnut pieces. Our Nocciola gelato is made with hazelnuts from Italy, fresh whole milk, eggs and white cane sugar. We do not use colourings, flavourings or artificial emulsifiers. We rely on our quality ingredients to give the best gelato. We use only the finest milk from cows raised in Piedmont, and make sure to gently treat our ingredients and softly churn our gelato to retain its rich taste. At Grom, we only choose hazelnuts with a high fat content as this is what gives the dried fruit its spectacular aroma. We prefer delicate toasting and no cream, so that you get a gelato with a clean and authentic taste. As well as delicious, our Nocciola gelato is also gluten-free.
