Grom was founded in 2003 by two friends who had the dream of making the greatest gelato by sourcing the best ingredients. “Il gelato come una volta” – a gelato made as it used to be. At Grom, we aspire to recreate the authenticity of Italian gelato. All of our products are crafted in Italy with ingredients of natural origin without the use of colourings, flavourings or artificial emulsifiers. Our Gelato al Pistacchio is a delight filled with little pistachio pieces throughout to ensure that the flavour and texture are truly indulgent. We rely on our quality ingredients to give you the best gelato. We start with fresh whole milk, eggs and pistachios picked when fully ripened – we use only the finest pistachios in the world. Our pistachios –Mawardi and Perfect Green– come mainly from the land of origin of this ancient fruit, and are harvested and selected carefully for their aroma and colour, then ground to paste to produce a uniquely flavoured gelato ice cream. But it doesn’t stop there! More pistachios are caramelised and chopped to give you the full pistachio experience that every pistachio lover deserves.
