Handling Guidelines 1. Pre heat oven - 180ºC (Fan Assisted) 200ºC (Conventional) 2. Bake on solid trays Always use solid trays 3. Bake for approx 30 minutes 4. Once baked check core temperature 82ºC must be achieved
