For a fantastic midweek meal, marinate 300g diced chicken breast in 2tbsp harissa paste mixed with 2tbsp natural yogurt. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers and griddle over a medium heat for 10–15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve with Al‘Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous.

Preparation and Usage
Shopping List: 2 Chicken breasts or 200g halloumi Natural yoghurt & 1 Red pepper Aromatic Harissa Chicken Kebabs - serves 2 1. Coat the diced chicken breasts or halloumi in 2 tsp of harissa paste mixed with 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt. 2. Thread onto skewers with sliced peppers. 3. Bake in the oven, griddle in a pan or BBQ until cooked through. Serve with AL'fez Moroccan spiced couscous. Tip: For a milder flavour add another 1 tbsp of yoghurt to the paste.
