Preparation and Usage

Serving suggestion: For a colourful tabbouleh salad, mix chopped courgette, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives with the quinoa. Stir through chopped mint and parsley, then toss in a dressing of lemon and olive oil.
