Preparation and Usage

Serving suggestion: For a fresh and healthy salad, mix chopped cucumber, spring onion and celery with the Glorious Grains. Blitz yogurt, mixed herbs, lemon, garlic, olive oil and capers together to make a creamy dressing. Toss well, then top with mixed seeds and avocado.
